Please bring your insurance card with you on your first visit, and keep us informed of any changes in your coverage.

We will file your claim and/or assist you in preparing insurance claims for our obstetrical and surgical services as long as it's on the following list of insurance companies.

Otherwise, it is your responsibility to file for reimbursement through your own insurance company, after full payment is made to our office.
