It is important for you to know that your doctor and her nurse are available to you during regular office hours. But once the office closes for the day, our call coverage goes into effect.
This means that a doctor other than your regular doctor may return your call, or provide services if a hospital admission is required. Please understand that even though each of our doctors would love to be there for every one of her patients, it is just physically impossible. Our doctors share call time on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
To provide you with quality healthcare, All About Women shares call with three other OB/GYN offices, totaling seven additional doctors to our call schedule. If you call the office after regular office hours, a doctor from one of the other offices may return your call. We have a good working relationship with these doctors and feel confident they will provide you with the high level of care to which you are accustomed.
