Karen M. Earl, M.D.
Karen M. Earl, M.D., joined All About Women of Christiana Care, Inc., in January 2003. She came to us from Methodist Associates in Women's Healthcare in Philadelphia and is Boarded in OB/GYN. Karen, who earned her M.D. degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., in 1989, brings to All About Women a variety of experience from all over the country. Her background covers not only clinical work, but also teaching positions and research.

Joanne Goshow-Harris, D.O.
Dr. Goshow-Harris is no longer accepting new gynecological patients.
Joanne Goshow-Harris, D.O., is one of the original doctors who opened All About Women of Christiana Care, Inc., in January of 2001. She and Dr. McCullough, both of whom had been in practice with Associates in Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.A. in Wilmington, felt that by opening All About Women, they could provide a patient-focused atmosphere, one that puts the patient first.

Molly Larkin, M.D.
Molly Larkin, M.D. is one of the four owners of All About Women. She graduated from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 1997 and from the Christiana Care Health Services Obstetric and Gynecology Residency program in 2001. She joined All About Women in the summer of 2001.

Diane McCracken, M.D.
Diane McCracken, M.D., is one of the four owners of All About Women. She graduated from Hahnemann University in 1997 and the Christiana Care Health Services Obstetric and Gynecology Residency program in 2001, before joining All About Women in the Summer of 2001. Dr. McCracken is Board Certified and is a member of the Medical Society of Delaware.

Helen McCullough, D.O.
Dr. McCullough is no longer accepting new gynecological patients.
One of the original doctors who opened All About Women of Christiana Care, Inc., in January of 2000, Helen McCullough, D.O., graduated in 1995 from the Obstetric and Gynecology Residency program at the Medical Center of Delaware (now known as Christiana Care Health Services), where she served as Chief Resident her senior year.

Christine W. Maynard, Ph.D., M.D.
Dr. Maynard is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She graduated summa cum laude from George Washington University Medical School in Washington, DC. Her residency training was at the Medical Center of Delaware and at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She is fully qualified in gynecologic surgery with special interest in laparoscopic approach to hysterectomies. Dr. Maynard is also interested in providing alternative medical and surgical care to women seeking alternative to hysterectomy.

Jennifer H. Barlow, M.D.
Dr. Barlow was raised in Moorestown, NJ. She graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware. Dr. Barlow received her medical doctorate from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Christiana Care in Newark, DE. Dr. Barlow served as Chief Resident and received the Resident as a Teacher Award as well as the Resident in Excellence Award.

Dina Anderson, MSN, RNC, a native of the Delaware Valley, joined Drs. Joanne Goshow-Harris and Helen McCullough to All About Women of Christiana Care, Inc., when they formed the practice in early 2001.

Heike Kuehn, A.P.N., M.S.N., R.N.C.
Heike Kuehn is a full-time nurse practitioner who receivcd her graduate degree in Women's Health at the University of Pennsylvania and has completed post-graduate colposcopy training. She has over 14 years of nursing experience and is a veteran of the Army Nurse Corps. She lives in Wilmington with her husband Steve and three children. Ms. Kuehn adds a great deal to the quality of our patient care.

Clare Szymanski graduated from Frontier College of Midwifery in 2008 and has a Master's degree in Nursing from the University of Delaware. She joined All About Women in Feburary 2007 after working at Christiana Care Health System in Women's Health and Labor and Delivery for over 20 years.

Ashley N. August, PA-C
Ashley August is a physician assistant who received her degree from Philadelphia University. Ms. August spent 3 years with Anesthesia Services and then moved into the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Christiana Care. She provides gynecologic and obstetic care in the office and also assists all our doctors in the operating room and on the Labor and Delivery floor. She resides in New Castle with her husband and son.
