Making an Appointment
To schedule a GYN appointment day/time or cancel/reschedule appointments call the office directly at (302) 224-8400.
GYN Annual Exam Scheduling — When making your request for a GYN Annual Exam appointment, please keep in mind that we are curruntly operating on a 4-month advance scheduling system. This means that if you request an Annual Exam appointment in August, the first available appointment time for most doctors and nurses will be in November. Also, insurance requires that Annual Exams must be scheduled for at least 365 days since your last Annual Exam.
To schedule an OB appointment, please call our office directly at (302) 224-8400.
We are frequently very busy and may not be able to answer the phone when you call to schedule or cancel and appointment. If you leave a message we will contact you the same day.
Cancellations must be received no less than five business days prior to the appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment in less than five days, please call the office at (302) 224-8400.
Repeat cancellations with notice less than 2 business days ahead of the appointments may result in charges.
